邢贞成（1991-），男，准聘副教授、特聘研究员、博士生导师，先后在河海大学、美国马里兰大学、南京大学大气科学学院、政府管理学院求学与工作，具有管理学、大气科学、地理科学、经济学等多学科的教育背景和科研经历，主要从事气候环境健康风险和粮食、能源与生态等非传统领域安全的跨学科研究工作。以第一/通讯作者在Nature Food、PNAS Nexus等国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇，主持国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、江苏省社科基金等项目5项，出版江苏省“十四五”重点出版物出版专项规划项目《贸易碳排放协同治理》丛书一套（2部专著）。担任Humanities and Social Sciences Communications（SSCI,IF:4.8）期刊编委（2026-）、Scientific Reports（SCI,IF:3.9）期刊编委（2025-）、Energies（SCI,IF:3.2）期刊客座编辑（2025-），国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、国家社科基金后期项目评审专家、国内外期刊审稿专家。

主要关注气候环境变化下自然灾害治理及非传统国家安全问题，招收国家安全学方向博士生与应急管理方向硕士生，优先考虑具备地球科学、应急管理、环境经济学、计算机科学等学科背景的学生，有意向请邮件联系。
