我是Saba Saneinia，南京大学政府管理学院的博士后研究员。我拥有跨学科的学术背景，先后获得了马什哈德菲尔多西大学的会计学学士学位、德黑兰大学的旅游管理硕士学位，以及中国科学技术大学的旅游政策博士学位。我的研究兴趣广泛，涵盖会计、旅游管理、公共政策等多个领域。 作为一名研究人员，我专注于公共行政领域的现场数据收集与分析，致力于为企业制定创新的旅游发展战略，并擅长通过深入诊断解决复杂问题。目前，我的研究方向主要聚焦于元宇宙技术在旅游领域的应用，同时我也是一名旅游政策与全球贸易领域的资深分析师。作为学术研究小组的组长，我积极参与学术期刊的审稿工作，并与国内外学术机构保持紧密合作。我的研究成果已在《Nature》、《Frontiers in Public Health》、《IEEE Xplore》等国际知名期刊上发表10余篇高质量论文。 我对跨学科研究充满热情，已在认知行为理论、技术接受模型（TAM）、语义网络分析（SNA）等领域发表了多篇高水平学术论文。我的研究兴趣主要集中在数字技术及其在旅游与公共管理领域的创新应用，致力于探索技术如何赋能旅游产业和社会治理。 在学术研究之外，我注重将理论与实践相结合，致力于为企业和政府提供切实可行的解决方案。我尊重他人、耐心细致，具备富有远见的领导力、严谨的工作态度以及出色的跨文化适应能力。我善于激发团队的创造力，能够通过有效的管理和授权推动团队目标的实现。同时，我敢于迎接挑战，乐于探索未知领域，致力于为学术研究与实践应用贡献自己的力量。 （1）国家社会科学基金重点项目“城市基层干部的数据治理素养及其向治理能力的转化研究”（24AZZ009），参与； （2）沉浸式媒体 (IM)：挑战与机遇，中国科学技术大学，参与； （3）一带一路战略概述，中国科学技术大学，参与；
