教授
现为南京大学政府管理学院教授、博士生导师。 于英国诺丁汉大学获得博士学位（PhD in Social Policy）。本科毕业于中国政法大学，获法学学士学位（国际经济法专业），之后在天津大学、英国爱丁堡大学分获管理学、社会政策专业硕士学位（MRes in Social Policy）。 曾为加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学 (UBC) 访问学者。 曾任山东大学副教授、社会保障研究室主任，英国诺丁汉特伦特大学讲师、副教授 (终身教职) 等职。获英国高等教育学会会士 (FHEA, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK)资格。 入选南京大学 “登峰计划 (B)”。入选 “江苏对外交流社科专家”。 学术专著 (选取)： Li, Y.
